All recommendations, past or present, from the Premiere’s Climate Change Advisory Panel and Ontario Green Energy Task Group be rescinded and all members be released from service immediately.
A new Clean Energy Act be enacted;

That each member is scrutinized by an independent tribunal, approved by the Ontario Auditor General, to ensure no conflict of interest and that no member will personally benefit financially directly, or indirectly, from the recommendations of the panel and;
Whereas; the key goal of the Energy Review and Advisory Panel is to review Ontario’s current and future energy fuel needs, and determine the best use of energy fuel resources with consideration for consumer costs, the people of Ontario, the economy, and the environment.
